Over the years, I have had the chance to hear Theranos Whistleblower, Tyler Schultz, speak a couple of time about his experience at Theranos.  I found his story nothing short of riveting and truly "required learning" for all corporate executives about the true importance of a speak-up culture to combat fraud and malfeasance, up to and including the highest level, that of the CEO.

I will be watching closely to see how this trial proceeds and hope Tyler and the other employees who came forward...

Today we learned that U.S. Customs and Border Protection will once again allow latex gloves produced by Top Glove in Malaysia to be imported into the U.S.  Their import was blocked under a Withhold Release Order starting in July of 2020, especially notable given the shortages of PPE the country has experienced during this ongoing pandemic, due to "indicators" of forced labor in the production of the gloves in Top Glove's plant in Malaysia.
